When you sign up for an account with Choosy we ask for information such as company name, your name, your email address, billing address, credit card information. Companies who sign up for the free plan will not be required to enter their credit card and billing information.

Choosy uses the above information for identification and authentication when using the application, billing, contacting you about your account when necessary, research to help improve our service, and occasional announcements. Choosy uses third party hosting partners to provide hardware required to run the Choosy application. Although Choosy owns the code base, databases, and all rights to the Choosy application, you retain all rights to your data.
